Notice of Public Hearing: Planning Commission October 13, 2026 6:00pm., Proposed Rezoning of 1106 Victory St

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Buchanan Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, Michigan 49107.

The purpose of the public hearing is to hear public comments on proposed map amendment/rezoning from N Natural to NE Neighborhood Edge for the property known as 1106 Victory Street (Property Number: 11-58-2000-0360-00-8). The City of Buchanan is the applicant and property owner.

All materials concerning this request are available for public inspection at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan, MI 49107, during normal business hours.

The public and/or counsel are invited to attend, be heard and submit evidence and written comment. Written comments may also be submitted in advance of the meeting to Kristen Gundersen, either by delivery to Buchanan City Hall or via email to kgundersen@cityofbuchanan.com City hall and the meeting room are handicap accessible.
