Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears appeals of requirements, decisions or determinations made by the Zoning Administrator, interprets zoning district boundaries, issues variances from the strict terms of the ordinance, issues variances from the strict terms of the yard setback requirements and hears appeals concerning decisions made by the Planning Commission. All decisions of the ZBA are subject to review by the City Commission.

Meetings: Scheduled as needed, 7:30 p.m. at City Hall
