LEGAL NOTICE OF BOARD OF REVIEW

Notice is hereby given to all persons liable to assessment for taxes in the City of Buchanan, County of Berrien, State of Michigan: The Assessment Roll for said City as prepared by the undersigned, will be the subject on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please call (269) 695-3844, extension 11 for an appointment; at which time and place of said day, the Board of Review will be in session at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail, to review and upon sufficient cause make any necessary adjustment to said assessment roll.

The 2026 ratios are:
