Boil Water Order Lifted

Dear Valued Water Customers, 

The Buchanan Water Department is lifting the temporary boil-water order which was issued on 2/15, Monday Afternoon for Rynearson St East of Buchanan Senior Center, Merson Court, Huron Drive, Erie Drive, Ontario Drive, Chamberlain Road, Leisure Ridge Apartments, and Mill Pond Apartments. We have received Notice that our bacteriological samples were free of contamination and this, combined with strong chlorine residuals and approval from EGLE allows us to lift the order. You may feel free to resume normal water consumption.
