Free R.A.D. Women's Self Defense

The Buchanan Police Department is offering a FREE rape and aggression defense class for women. the 16-hour course is taught over three days. the last four hours are optional. 

Students can expect discussion on exiting dangers and self-defense techniques suitable for all women of all ages and abilities. 

Classes are open to females 12 years and older.  (Parent or legal guardian must attend with minors).
