Notice of Intent - Phase II USDA Rural Development Application

The City of Buchanan, Berrien County, Michigan intends to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service.  The project includes improvements to the sanitary and storm sewer system and the water distribution system, along with parking lot improvements.  Any comments regarding this application should be submitted to the City Manager, Tony McGhee, 302 N.
