Halloween Trick-Or-Treat

City of Buchanan's Trick-Or-Treat will be October 31st 6pm-8pm.

Due to the construction on W. Front St in front of the Fire Department, the local fire departments and police department will be in the parking lot of the City Center/Commons area, passing out and checking Halloween candy on 10/31/25, between 6 to 8 pm. We are calling it Heroes Alley.
