PUBLIC NOTICE

SALE OF UNCLAIMED PERSONAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the City Code of Ordinances Chapter 50, Article III Sec 50-47, all personal property remaining unclaimed by the lawful owner for a period of thirty (30) days or more and currently in the possession of the Buchanan Police Department will be sold at public sale.

Date of Sale: Tuesday, March 17, 2026

Time of Sale: 8:00 am-8:00 pm

Any person claiming ownership of the above-described property must present satisfactory proof of ownership to the Buchanan Police Department prior to the date and time of sale.
