Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Buchanan, Michigan in the office of the City
Clerk until 10:45 AM Local Time on June 16, 2025, at which time and place the proposals will be
publicly opened and read aloud for the home repair work consisting outlined in the
specifications that can be found online at: https://www.cityofbuchanan.com/rfps
The proposal as well as the plans and specifications under which the work will be done are on file
and may be examined at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 302 N Redbud Trail | Buchanan, MI
49107 (269-695-3844). Copies thereof may be obtained electronically from the Community
Development Department.
This is a project funded through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, CDBG
Program. All bidders are required to sign a certification that they will comply with all Federal and
State non-discrimination laws and regulations.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and
to accept the proposal that in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City.
No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the
scheduled time of receiving bids.
