Do you offer any payment/extension agreements?

If you receive a disconnect and have questions, please call 269-695-3844 Ext. 11. We cannot offer extensions on the shut off date and once the water is shut off for non payment, the full account balance is due. 

 

Payment plans may be discussed before water service is shut off. The City's payment plans require the resident to pay the full monthly balance plus 1/6 of the past due balance over 6 months, as determined when issuing the payment plan. After 6 months of successful payments, the account will be back in good standing with zero past due balance.
