Election Commission Meeting Scheduled for June 26th at 8:30 AM
PUBLIC BODY: Election Commission of the City of Buchanan

TIME OF MEETING: 8:30 am
PLACE OF MEETING: 302 N REDBUD TRAIL- CITY HALL, COMMISSION CHAMBERS
PURPOSE: 1) Consider approving the Election Inspector appointments for August 5th, 2025, Special Election Chairs, Co-Chairs, Election Inspectors, Receiving Board Members, and allow the city clerk to appoint alternates that may be needed on election day
2) Consider approving the Public Accuracy Test to be on July 22nd, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at 302 N. Redbud Trail, City Hall in the City Commission Chambers
3) Consider appointing Courtney Baham, City Bookkeeper and Receiving Board Chair, in place of the Attorney Designee for the Public Accuracy Test.
This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meetings Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The City of Buchanan will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting or public hearing upon three (3) days’ notice to the City of Buchanan Clerk.
