Water & Sewer Utility Billing

The City of Buchanan provides water and sewer utilities for Buchanan residents.

Starting and Stopping Water Service

To start or stop water service, residents can call (269) 695-3844, extension 11 or visit the window at Buchanan City Hall, 302 N. Redbud Trail.

Landlords and Property Owners with renters will need to submit a Landlord/Tenant Agreement, available here.

Additionally, residents who need a final bill can fill out and submit a final bill request form, available here.

Please remember to fill out a Final Bill Request form to schedule a final reading which will generate a final billing on the next regular scheduled billing cycle.
