Please complete the webform below with your relevant information, ie if you are the seller, please fill out all seller information. If you are the buyer, please submit the buyer information. If you are a realtor or title company, please provide that information, as well as the seller/buyer information you have. Incomplete forms cannot be processed. 

Final bill requests will not be taken over the phone. Please fill out the webform below or fill out the form at the bottom of the page and return it to waterbill@cityofbuchanan.com or City Hall at 302 N. Redbud Trail, Buchanan MI, 49107.
