B. Consider authorization to Contract with Perry Ballard in the amount of $2,200.00 for Public Relations/Roll out of Branding Design and Tag Line as well as an additional $3,800 for marketing materials 

New Business
A. Review and consider The Mill Race Remediation Study 
B. Introduce Illicit Discharge and Connection Ordinance for final adoption on November 14, 2005. Ordinance on file for review with the City Clerk 
C. Consider utilizing Legal Counsel representing the City on Ordinance Violations; including moving and non-moving violation 
D. Consider authorization to sell Cisco 1720 Router on ebay 
E. Consider authorization to submit Application for Registration of Trademark/Service mark 
F. Appoint City Commissioner to the Zoning Board of Appeals
