Design Review Committee
The purpose of the Downtown Design Standards is MAINTAINING THE INTEGRITY OF OUR ARTS & HISTORICAL DISTRICT.
The Design Review Committee is to review and determine compliance with the approved Downtown Design Standards as referred to in the City of Buchanan Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Amendment for the Central Business District and determine if the applicant's plan conforms to the approved Downtown Design Standards.
Number of Members: 4
Meetings: Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. and scheduled as needed at City Hall
