LEAF COLLECTION FOR THE CITY OF BUCHANAN
Residents are asked to rake their leaves to the back of the curb at the edge of the pavement. Weather permitting and machine operable, each zone will be covered in a one (1) week time frame. Questions regarding leaf collection can be directed to 695-3232.
ZONE 1 – WEST: Northwest Neighborhood & Southwest Neighborhood
South Redbud Trail, West side to Fifth Street
Main Street, West side to City Limits
City limits on the North, West, & South
In Zone 1, predict each Monday to begin North of West Front Street (at Chippewa) and West of North Redbud Trail the first week and South of West Front Street (at Oak) and West of North Redbud Trail the end of the week.
ZONE 2 – EAST: Northeast Neighborhood & Southeast Neighborhood
North Redbud Trail, East side to Fifth Street
Main Street, East side to City Limits
City limits on the North, East, and South
In Zone 2, predict each Monday to begin South of East Front Street (at Rynearson) and East of South Redbud Trail the first of the week and North of East Front Street (at Fulton/Redbud) and East of South Redbud Trail the end of the week.
REMEMBER – WEATHER AND EQUIPMENT REPAIRS MAY ALTER THE LEAF COLLECTION.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS CAN EXTEND AT THEIR DISCRETION.
