Buchanan Attractions

Buchanan is a community of neighbors continuing the diligence and cooperation that helped to pioneer the area in the mid-1800’s to build rich recreational, educational and religious opportunities while promoting the growth of businesses and community services.

A small bustling community located in scenic Southwestern Michigan, Buchanan is approximately 13 miles north of South Bend, Indiana and about 12 miles southeast of Warren Dunes on Lake Michigan. The citizens of Buchanan enjoy the quiet life-style of small-town living, but take advantage of the cultural attractions and community activities in our city.
