*D. Consider Smith Street bridge/culvert replacement at McCoy’s Creek to BG Green Company in the amount of $48,600 contingent on MDNRe approval of the plan 
 E. Discuss procedural process/coordination for City Manager Search

 A.  Consider changing the Freedom of Information Act Coordinator (FOIA) from the City Manager or Attorney to the City Clerk and City Attorney
*B.  Consider Appointment of Official Representative and alternate as a voting member at the Annual Business Meeting of MML; Conference scheduled for September 22, 2010
