B. Consider DDA proposal to return all DDA owned properties to the City in exchange for forgiveness of the Andrew’s Farm TIF loan.
C. Consider a seven (7) year loan to pay the remainder of the balance, $202,110, for the purchase of the fire truck
*D. Consider approval of Invoice in the amount of $3,000 to River Tenders for design and permitting of the duck pond area and dam removal
*E. Consider approval of Invoice in the amount of $3,000 to River Tenders for design and permitting of the Race to Pears Mill
